Crankshaft

The crankshafts provided by us are usually welded by 4130 forgings after tempering and tempering heat treatment, and all welds are subject to UT and PT inspection. After welding, the crankshafts are annealed to release the welding stress and then processed. All the mating ODs of the cams can achieve Ra1.6 surface finish. Compared with the conventional casting crankshaft, our crankshafts are lighter by more than 1/3, stronger in strength and better in balance. In the process of use, they have the characteristics of balance, low noise and small vibration, which make them easier to extend the service life of bearings and crankshaft.
